Each tyre pattern is tested and certified at an internationally recognized testing track in India, which is one of only 9 such testing tracks in the world.

All CEAT facilities in Sri Lanka implement the Quality Based Management (QBM) system, which is based on Total Quality Management systems. In 2018, CEAT became the first tyre manufacturer to be awarded the prestigious Deming Award by the Union of Japanese Scientists and Engineers (JUSE). One of the highest quality awards in the world, the Deming Award recognizes organizations that have made landmark achievements in Total Quality Management and implemented them successfully.
